Predatory and greedy practice. My partner used to love yoga lessons here but we're so disappointed now. Something went to wrong with her membership cancellation, and they charged us for 8 months of non-used membership. That's even after they found out that she didn't use the membership for all those times.
The principal/owner is focusing on that the onus is for customer to cancel properly. Even if it turns out that we made a mistake in cancelling, that feels pretty aggressive and predatory. That's the subscription trap model that many online businesses use, but Yoga studio going that far with that practice?
Zen Hot Yoga & Zen Pilates offer a great fitness solution in a beautiful environment. Having been to many of their yoga sessions; I find all the teachers at Zen to be professional and encourage you to take your practice further. The room isn't as hot as Bikram yoga practice, but provides a gentle environment to push that little bit further.
Also, their new wall pilates studio is a great facility, and so much fun too! New to practicing pilates, I find the classes challenging (in a good way) and provide a great set of classes to compliment the yoga offerings. Hanging from a wall can be alot of fun, and a great way to exercise too.
And, after all the hard work, Zen even has a fully equipped spa. I've had a massage and tried the Detox Box at Zen and they are a welcome treat! The staff at Zen are wonderful and friendly, I highly recommend Zen for Yoga, Pilates or the Spa.
