We offer one hour Yoga classes at or close to your workplace and to suit all needs. We aim to keep Corporate Yoga sessions, real, open and most importantly fun! Our Corporate Yoga teachers are available across Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Geelong.

Our Corporate Yoga teachings are Hatha and Vinyasa based and include Yin, meditation and breathing techniques to balance the body and mind. Corporate Yoga classes are designed specifically with office bodies and desk junkies in mind. Particular focus is given to those niggly areas like tight shoulders, hamstrings, hips, sore backs, necks and wrists, not forgetting the tools to manage stress. Corporate Yoga class themes vary from week to week and are individually designed with your specific needs in mind.
