Bought an apartment built by them.
Firstly upon settlement, clearly building is not completed. 6 month after settlement and they are still installing things.
My first defect check is still not completed after 6 months.
People in the office and secretary of the builder are rude and builder has been ignoring my email, calls and text.
Builders have made multiple arrangements to come into my unit and then not show up at all. Many times. A complete waste of time and money...
Other owners of my building are dealing with the same problems.
Had to report to fair trading and still defects are not completed.
Recommend not to even consider buying any unit from them or dealing with them at all...
Very unprofessional.
