There are a range of classes to choose from: Mums & Bubs, Pre Natal, Post Natal, General Level, Experienced and Restorative. The choice is yours. Bookings are essential for all classes as spaces are limited. So whether you are an avid yogi with a desire to continue your practice or expand on what you already know, or if you are just starting out, and want a class which not only opens and but also rejuvenates the mind and body, then I invite you to give ZENYOGA a call.
