Highly recommend this business for data recovery. Fast and friendly

I'm left completely appalled. Not sure if we caught Nathan on a bad day, but the absolute lack of customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. We took our drive to be quoted for recovery, but it was too expensive for our budget, so we arranged via email to see when we could collect it. After multiple attempts to contact him, I decided to contact via phone to finalise the account/pick up the drive. He advised on that call he had no record of our customer details, and that after 30 days he automatically trashes the drive - which sadly we believe he has done, but he couldn't be bothered even looking for it. We explained that the drive had irreplaceable images of a deceased family member, but he had little interest in that.
