Zoo Bridal owns hire the runaway which is where I brought the dress
I wish i had read her reviews before I purchased . I brought my daughters dream formal dress for $400 , they did not have her size so they got it in for me and i asked them to post it to NZ which we added onto the price, I specifically asked them to make sure they fast post it to get there on time , they didn't , I must have said it at least 5 times , they sent it standard and it didn't get there in time so I had a heart broken daughter , I e mailed the owner several times asking why she did this and expected an apology - nothing ! She claimed she didn't get the emails despite her answering the first e mail so I knew i had the right address so she lied. So despite all this mess i thought i could return the dress considering its never been worn, altered and still has the tags she refuses ! Great customer service - not !

Would NEVER recommend this shop! Soo rude, pushy and the dresses are sooo expensive! Staff asked my budget and when I didnt have one staff was my best mate. Also a friend just picked up her dress from here and it wasn't ironed and they refused to do it. Not good enough!
