Robert helped me out and put a little extra time in than quoted. Even when I pretty much completely undid his work, he just fixed it up in a beat. Nice bloke who is there to get the job done. He will be hearing from again no doubt in the future when I stuff something else out.
Chris from Zoo Computer Repairs was fantastic. He fixed both our laptops and charged a very fair price for his expertise. I would highly recommend this company to those wanting quality work at an excellent price.
Problems arose with the repair job and attempts at organising the problem to get fixed proved difficult through this company. Chris would rarely respond to phone calls. He finally arranged to come to my place to inspect laptop at my house yesterday at 4pm. I waited for hours beyond the agreed time. It's now the next day and he's not turned up or contacted me. I've given up on this company and this computer technician and will take the laptop to a local shop to get the problem fixed.
Ive know Robert for a few years now and I will not use anyone else in regards to my computer problems. His standard of work has not changed. He keeps you updated with the progress and his work is outstanding. Whhat a awsome guy first time we have ever got ahold of a computer tech guy and so glad it was robert not only did he fix the laptop remotely he only charged us for an hour and a half and did the rest for free just so that the job got done properly would highly reccomend robert and his services and will definantly be using his services again cheers bud
