Loved my hair when i left had new tape extensions put in and 2 weeks later they started falling out - went back and they were no help what so ever, finally got them to put them back in ( had to wait 5 days until they could do so ) and they lady didn't check where she was placing them so when i had gotten home i had a few extensions lower then the rest and some higher - she didn't bother checking or cutting. Very unhappy.
Made an appt with a staff who was friendly and helpful and left feeling good about my appt later that day. When I returned a few hours later that staff hardly looked at me and directed me to a chair where I sat and waited, and waited, and waited. 35 minutes later without anyone acknowledging me I got up and walked out. Terrible!
