I was a little bit shocked to find that the bed you lie in for the waxing faces the door, so when they open it if you're having a wax in an intimate area,, the rest of the salon is right there to see you in all of your glory. The staff were nice enough, but then i was a bit disturbed to see that they used the same stick for the wax, just redipping it every time. Very unhygienic! Then they used the strip wax to 'help get the ingrowns out', but this has just made them worse. They were not fluent in pulling the wax off and it hurt quite a lot as they were not fast enough.
I have small and large red marks from the wax and more ingrown hairs now and they appear red and angry looking. I can't even guarantee they threw these sticks out when they finished me, so the same sticks may have been used on the person before me!
For your own health and safety, do not get waxed here!
