Waited so long for my coffee and twice as long for my cold food.When I asked about my order they were very rude , not nice customer service at all . Tables and help yourself water cups were grimey.Yuck.

Zucca is perhaps yet another daytime cafe in Westfield Eastgardens that grazes the quieter end of this shopping center, being as further away as possible from the food court end. It is located in the atrium walkway with an open outdoor-like indoor experience so you feel like you are still in the middle of your shopping. There are lots of seats available all around, including the diner style seats attached to this island shop.

In regards to the food offerings, they serve a lot of fresh selections, with one of them being the make your own sandwiches and salad bar which I found quite fresh. They also have quite a limited selection of sweet nibbles and cakes that you can have post-meal or on its own with hot or cold drinks.

Price wise, they are quite reasonable. In terms of service, the staff could have been more attentive despite being busy, but they are nevertheless courteous.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Horrible service. Went here today with family. First impression was that it was a nice,spacious cafe...does not offer table service but OK order at counter. HOWEVER, after ordering the staff forgot about our drinks! was waiting at the counter for over 10minutes while others after me got their coffees...when I received my tea it was a cup with hot water & tea bag (I ordered white with two sugars) I asked the staff for milk and sugar like i had ordered..they became annoyed and soon after all staff members were staring as if I was in the wrong?! would not recommend this place as customer service definitely is NOT their 1st priority!
