Zulu Zone

I've been going to Zulu Zone for a long time now and I think it's great, Karen is always really friendly, her service is great and prices are reasonable - I've had waxing, IPL, facials and eyelash extensions done here and would give it five stars everytime. Thanks ladies!

I came to this place because it had such good reviews, when i walked in on time she came out saying shes running late I asked how long she said 20 minutes. I feel she should of called be before hand to let me know she was running late. When I got into the room there was a domestic at the front involving her a hairdresser and another client. So she came in all flustered from that. I had a Brazilian and leg wax and she missed obvious strips of hair, she also answered the phone during my appointment. When i went to pay she answered her mobile frustrated saying i cant talk right now then hanged up. She also charged me an extra $5 for being a new client? which I wasn't aware of before hand. I will never go back. Just felt like it as very unprofessional and a waste of money. Also when i wrote to her company on Facebook they blocked me.
