Please do not trust Zurich Insurance with international travel insurance. Sent police incident report, photos of jewellery that was stolen, they deny the claim, make you an offer of half the value then after your excess you get a third of what it is worth in return. I would hate to have my house or car insured with you. I will not use Zurich again for any travel insurance. Make sure you check to see who your insurance is with before you leave Australia!
