We are a holistic practice so we believe in treating the entire person, not just a body part. Our services include Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Nutrition Medicine, Hypnoenergetics & Clinical Hypnosis.
You may choose to have physiotherapy or acupuncture for physical ailments. For those with chronic pain or stress we make relaxation part of your session.Take control of your pain instead of your pain being in charge of you .
Nutrition Medicine is used to help with digestive problems, food allergies and other issues that can cause fatigue, insomnia, depressions etc.
Acupuncture is great for fertility, then later morning sickness and can be used to turn breech babies and induce labour if overdue.
Acupuncture is also great for headaches, depression, back and shoulder pain. Some people use it just to relax as it gets your body to produce endorphins.
Hypnoenergetics is an amazing healing experience using hypnosis and healing frequencies to unlock traumas, phobias, addictions, grief and so much more.
See what we mean by holistic. Sometimes we run workshops and meditation classes on the weekends and evenings. We will be running more of these in the New Year 2014.
