Magill Retirement Village is home to a variety of independent living units, flexi units, supported living apartments and respite apartments. Magill has something to suit a large range of residents. Extra care is available to Magill residents should they require it with staff available 24 hours. Local doctors also make house calls and there are medical consulting rooms available at the village for visiting practitioners.
Our residents participate in a great range of activities and social programs and get together for trips in the village bus, concerts, snooker, indoor bowls and barbeques. The facilities at Magill include billiards room, bar, dining room, arts and craft area, library, hairdressing salon and an outdoor BBQ recreation area.
General services include professional village management team, 24 hour emergency medical response, maintenance of manicured gardens and grounds, internal villa maintenance, building insurance to full replacement value, council rates, use of all on-site facilities, maintenance of Community Centre, common areas and infrastructure. Additional services for our supported living apartment residents also include morning, midday and evening meals, and one hour of care per week.
