Kate Pollard is an Accredited Practising Dietitian at the Centre for Integrative Health.
Kate is highly experienced in coaching clients towards improving their overall, long-term health. Kate has gained extensive experience working with a variety of populations and presentations, across a number of different settings, providing her with a diverse range of skills and knowledge. Kate is particularly passionate about assisting long-term chronic dieters to implement sustainable changes that decrease weight fluctuations and yoyo dieting, and improve physical- and mental-health.
