Bead Shack specialises in making up kits for you to try at home - such an easy way to entertain the kids or yourself, of course! Our instructions always receive great feedback with customers saying they are easy to understand and actually make sense.
On our website and in our shop, you will find thousands of beads and findings - a lot of the beads are from old storage stock, so they are quite unusual and you won't see them anywhere else!
You can drive to Gerringong for a day trip, or catch a train. The train station is a 10-20 minute walk from the shop. We are located underneath and behind an arcade. Find the cake/bakery shop in the main street, then walk right through the arcade and out the back. You will see a blue sign pointing you down a sloping path that leads right to our door. Find a wonderland just like Aladdin's Cave hidden away, just waiting for you to explore!
Don't forget to include Bead Shack in your road trips, or just bring your group for a day trip of beading. Then maybe grab a lovely lunch in the main street and look around our fabulous little gift shops!
