Butterbing is a boutique cookie company specialising in Butterbings - two brownie cookies filled with various delicious buttercreams. Since 2014, we?ve been baking for Melbourne's speciality cafes and coffee shops and are set to expand beyond Melbourne in early 2017. Head to our website for a full list of cafe stockists.
We're a go-to for birthday's and celebrations! We offer specific-date delivery of beautiful gift-boxed Butterbings and huge 1.5kg novelty-sized Butterbooms via our online store.
Our best kept secret? Our cookies are gluten free and are made with mostly chocolate! Our recipes are made with gluten-free ingredients, but please keep in mind we?re yet to be certified gluten free, and at times we share our kitchen with other food producers.
Our ingredient list is short, as it should be! We proudly source ethical ingredients, including Melbourne local (100%) free-range eggs.
We work with local company, Cargone Couriers, to deliver most of our cookies by bike. In total, the team covers about 350km each week and save about 90 kg of carbon, when compared with a fuel-based service.
All of our packaging is 100% recyclable and produced in Melbourne.
