The Friendly Chat Bed and Breakfast is situated in the beautiful Moreton Bay region of Queensland. We are conveniently located only 30 min away from Brisbane City and about an hour drive from either the Gold Coast or the Sunshine Coast. We are a short 10 minute drive to Chandler Sporting Complex, Manly Marina precinct and Ormiston Softball Complex.
The Friendly Chat is set up so that you request the breakfast option, or you can use it as self-catering accommodation.
A well-equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, fridge/freezer and dining area is provided for your convenience, as well as a lounge area with a flatscreen TV and DVD player. Your own covered verandah has outdoor seating and a gas BBQ. The extensive garden offers relaxing spaces to sit and enjoy the view and the birdlife.

Guests have a choice of the Queen Room (ensuite) or the King/Twin Room (private bathroom - not ensuite), or the entire space can be booked for an additional charge:
