Sweet Dreams Retreat @ Lara has 2 separate queen size ensuite rooms available, 1 has a king single in it also & an additional bed can also be provided (ask for rates on more than 2 guests) queen bedroom with ensuite, perfect for a weekend away.
Bar fridge, toaster, kettle, cutlery and dining set for 2 are provided (no cooking facilities) ... but there are breakfast and dining spots just a short stroll away or use the BBQ on the deck.
Cereal, tea, coffee facilities & milk are provided.
If you wish me to provide a continental style breakfast please let me know this is an additional $10 per person per night & needs to be booked in advance.
I do not offer cooked breakfast.
HD digital TV, DVD & CD for your enjoyment, make this a great spot for two for a relaxed weekend away or perhaps accommodation for family and friends visiting Lara residents.
Access is via the verandah deck. Relax on the deck with a drink of your choosing and enjoy the peaceful surrounds and rural outlook.
There is no access to the remainder of the home.
10 minute drive to Avalon Airport & You Yangs Regional Park. 20 minute drive to Geelong Waterfront, walking distance to Serendip Sanctuary, shops, cafes, station.
Great location on the fringe of Lara overlooking a delightful dry creek bed and walking track.
Off street parking is available for 2 cars - maybe more upon enquiry
