First Floor -

Face Brickwork - Per/1000 Laid and Includes Brickwork Finish.
Ground Floor -
$1.50 Per/Brick
$1,500 Per/1000 Laid
First Floor -
$1.60 Per/Brick
$1,600 Per/1000 Laid
Blockwork Per/Block laid.
200 Series Blockwork -
Ground Floor - $6.00 per/block
First Floor - $6.50 per/block
300 Series Blockwork -
Ground Floor - $6.75 per/block
First Floor - $7.00 per/block

Company Day Rates -
Tradesman $60.00 Per Hour ex gst
Apprentice $45.00 Per Hour ex gst
Bricklayers Labour $40.00 ex gst
Loading out of bricks and mortar to first floor will incur a manual labour cost per hour of $45.00 when using brick & block elevator to convey bricks and mortar to first floor and loading out to scaffold.
Scaffold will be provided to reach 2.7mtr after that builder will need to supply to site. Our labour cost for licensed erection and dismantle of scaffold will incur a cost of $60.00 per hour per man.
Plant Hire Costs -
Brick Saw - as per kennards hire rates. Does not include labour cost, see day rates for tradesman
Angle Grinder - as per kennards hire rates. Does not include labour cost, see day rates for tradesman.
Brick & Block elevator - as per kennards hire rates.
