Mark S Hayden is a fully licensed, hands-on builder with 30yrs+ experience in the building industry. Mark is also a fully licensed, insured and accredited Residential Building Inspector and Swimming Pool Safety Inspector. Pest Inspections can be arranged and will be carried out by Dunrite Pest Control, an independent and fully licensed company with whom Mark has been working for twenty years.

For sellers, any property with pool must have a valid Compliance Certificate in place. In the case of shared pool environments, from July 8th 2011 it will be a requirement for the pool owner - generally the Body Corporate - to have a Compliance Certificate in place before any lease renewals can be effected.

Roof framing, coverings, insulation and sarking. Sub-floor bearers, joists, stumps, dampness, damage, ventilation. Carports, garages, sheds, retaining walls, fencing, driveways, paths, steps, and surface water drainage.
