I apply my knowledge and experience as an accredited builder since 1972 and my full time professional building inspection career of 15 years with Hobart City Council to provide you with the best advice available. I am involved in ongoing training associated with the National Construction Code, Building act and building Regulations. Fire safety, Safe movement and access, structural issues, Health and amenity are some of the issues covered in my process. My reports provide more than a repetitive check or tick list but a quality summary, recommendations and minor list of defects for your convenience. The report is emailed and also presented in a hard bound copy to remain with the building documents.
