We are make ourselves available to all our house inspection clients to 10.30 p.m on the day of the inspection so that we can discuss and analyse the inspection results so you are well informed before buying.
The pre-purchase house inspection industry is not regulated and unlike some pre-purchase inspection companies in Victoria who do a short accredited course to learn how to do an Inspection Report, we are actual Qualified Building Inspectors (4 year Diploma Building Surveying) which is recognised by the Victorian Building Commission, Building Act and Building Regulations as the only persons able to carry out mandatory inspections for building defects.
We are also members of the highly reputable Master Builders Association of Victoria & we carry professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance for both building inspections and Timber Pest Termite Inspections.
We organise the entire inspection for you via the agent and will deliver a detailed 50 to 60 page building inspection report & pest inspection report to you on the same day of the inspection. This includes detailed photographs of any defects, safety hazards, structural faults & maintenance problems, all with explanations to assist you to understand what we are depicting.
We currently used the latest technology including the Termatrac T3i that can detect termites in the wall cavity (radar technology) and also the Testo 875 Thermal Imaging Camera for unseen roof and shower leaks, termite activity, as well as potential mouldy areas that can not be visually seen.
