Welcome to Deb's Family Day Care, conveniently located in Chester Hill.
I belive it is important for children to see the real world, so we are always out exploring and learning. These are some of the activities that are included in our regular program:
Library visits for story time and craft
3 different playgroups
weekly student banking
BBQ lunch once a week to support local charity
Kids club acivities eg Bunnings and Flower Power (during school holidays)
Nature walks through local bushland
Park visits and picnics
Aquarium and Museum visits
Instead of being within the same four walls, we get to see our wonderful world.
In addition to the above excursion, we also enjoy a heap of activities inhouse such as:
Sandpit and water play
Ride on's
Jigsaws
Playdough, painting and other craft
Letter and number recognision
Gross motor skills playground
Musical experiences
Reading corner
Home play and many more learning activities
I have completed my Certificate III in childrens Services, and as part of my continuous improvement program I undertake additional study and training regularly.
I have introduced into my program the Early Years learning Framework (EYLF) which helps children learn through play incorporating their own interests. This creates an atmosphere where children can feel like Deb's Daycare is a place to Play, Lean and Belong.
My operating hours are Monday - Friday 7.00am to 5.30pm. I offer quaility care for 0-5yrs(preschool) and 6-12yrs (before and after school care).
I am fully insured and registered, which means that the Childcare Benefit and Rebate are applied to my hourly rate.
