Stay and Play FDC is an educational service designed for children from 6 weeks to five years of age. I am registered with Peace of Mind Family Day Care and operate under the requirements of the Child Care Act and Child Care Regulations.
With a huge passion for art and art education for young children, I believe it plays an impacting role in children's development and over all well-being. I love to encourage children to explore their senses through process art - where the act of creating art is more important than the finished piece - and will always find an excuse to bring out the art supplies, so expect lots of samples to come home!
My goal is to provide a high-quality, nurturing and safe environment for your children to learn and grow into confident, curious and happy people. Whilst in my care your child will be exposed to an exciting home-based programme that includes a variety of activities such as music and dancing, books and story time, indoor and outdoor play, art and free play. My programme is designed around your children's interests with a particular focus on art and well-being.
Regular outings to visit other Family Day Care families, the Burpengary library, the CREEC environmental park, Peace of Mind playgroup and Burpengary Meadows primary school are all part of what makes my family day care service a fun place for your child to be.
