Our technicians are trained to meet the Stain Busters Standards of Excellence for Carpet cleaning, stain removal and restoration. Our professional cleaning services meets the AS/NZA 3733 Cleaning Standard.
We have exclusive rights to specialised stain treatment products that are not available to other carpet cleaners.
Our cleaning equipment is generally operated directly from our vans. We however have contingencies for difficult access situations and can generate our own power where required.
Technicians cover all of the geographic regions in the ACT on a regular basis and are familiar with suburb locations.
Additionally we have a unique range of products and techniques that will address more complex stains which are not removed within the standard clean. These include such stains as pet contamination, food colourings, ink, tea and coffee, lipstick and makeup, red wine, blood and medicines.
We are also able to provide professional solutions for pet urine decontamination using a three part treatment which includes converting urine crystals to a liquid for extraction, adding a bio enzyme to destroy the bacteria and eradicate the odour and an application to remove the organic stain and fade the pH burn.
Other services we provide to a similar professional standard are; high pressure tile and grout cleaning, flood, fire and odour restoration, carpet repairs and upholstery cleaning.
