I have extensive cleaning experience contracted with a previous cleaning provider, cleaning for real estates and receive many referrals from my regular weekly/fortnightly clients who refer their friends to me. I have insurance for injury or property damage to you or your home/furnishings. You can supply a key for access if your out when/if you feel comfortable to do so. Below are clear facts & limitations to what services I can/cannot provide, unlike other services who make this unclear, misleading or who commit to jobs they are inexperienced in or unlicensed to conduct.
*Weekly/fortnightly maintenance cleans from $61/2hrs + $21 per additional hour each visit. Includes kitchen and appliances wiped, dishes, dusting, bathrooms, making beds, washing clothes, ironing, vacuuming, mopping (15mins/hour of spring cleaning tasks: e.g. oven/range hood, skirtings, cobwebs, window sills, cupboards wiped out, windows cleaned, air con filters cleaned, ceiling fans, exhaust fans and light covers removed and cleaned, laundry sink scrubbed, wall washing, etc.)
Using your products/equipment is cheaper in the long-term. If you need some or all products/equipment provided $5-10 additional charge per visit.
*Cleans required infrequently (over 2 weeks later), once-off and/or more than 15mins/hour of spring cleaning tasks per booking charged at $135/2hrs + $45 per additional hour with all equipment and products provided. No end-of-lease bookings due to time constraints.
