Who is GeckoRescue?
GeckoRescue started life as GeckoTech Computer Services in March 2004, providing on-site computer help in the Brisbane area.
With major advances in remote access technology in 2008 we found that most services can be performed remotely via the internet, saving our customers a lot of time and money. Therefore, we decided to refocus our business to provide fast, low cost computer services using this technology.
We are an Australian owned and operated company. Our head office is based in Brisbane.
Who are our customers?
Anyone who has a computer and needs help. With our remote support we can help you where ever you are in the world, so long as you have a working broadband internet connection.
Currently we service home users, SOHO businesses and medium size businesses.
