I can provide full support and ongoing monitoring for most small businesses, including MS Office, and Open/Libre Office applications, and internet services such as web site hosting and development; email systems, internet applications and databases. Support also covers Linux systems. I can react quickly in most cases when critical systems are down, but I recommend regular monitoring to identify and manage potential problems before they occur.
In the home I can provide full support for most systems typically found there, including networking. I can setup and/or troubleshoot internet connections and email, transfer data and email from old computers to new computers, get backups working so you don't lose your photos etc.
