- Flexible hours of operation. Whether very early in the morning or after hours in the evening is convenient for you we can accommodate.
- We are available 7 days a week. (Note Sunday callout will need to be pre-booked at the latest the night before).
- Flat hourly rate of $60 (ie. charged in half hour increments). Whether the service is carried out during business hours or after hours or even on the weekends the SAME flat rate will apply.
- NO FIX, NO PAY policy. If for some reason we cannot fix your computer we offer you peace of mind by providing a no fix, no pay policy.
