The family behind Countrybuilt have been in the building industry since 1970's, specialising in steel framed construction projects ranging from small cabins & residential homes through to larger commercial building developments.We offer a extensive range of architect designed built, kit & modular home plans, in a wide range of styles, with a stunning level of inclusions that far exceeds market expectations.
-Select A Design
The first step in the process is to select a design from our extensive range of more than 120 built, kit, modular or cabin plans. One of our consultants can assist to develop your plans or ideas.
-Develop Your Own Style
To get the layout, look & feel of your design just right, you may require some modifications or options. If you need help with this process, our consultants are always on-hand for advice.
-Presentation Of Quotation
Once these steps have been completed, our consultant will provide you with a full written quotation. If you decide to go ahead, you will then be required to sign a purchase agreement.
-Drafting & Council Submission
Your customised plans & all required documentation will then be produced ready for submission to council. For cabins & modular homes, we suggest a pre-delivery meeting with council to ascertain any council requirements.
-Colour Selection
You will now have the exciting task of colour selection. You can visit one of our colour selection centres where you will be hosted by a colour consultant. This will allow you to select all the colours, fixtures & fittings for your new home or cabin.
-Manufacture
Once the colours & applications are approved, we can proceed with the construction or manufacture of your building. This will normally take between 4 to 14 weeks depending on the home style and size.
-Delivery
We then arrange a suitable delivery date with you.
