PeopleCheck was established in 2006 when the APAC background checking market was gaining momentum, taking the lead from the USA and UK. Additionally, global events such as September 11 had heightened the need for background checking in the Asia Pacific region.
Since then, PeopleCheck has been based in Newcastle, NSW, Australia and provided background checking services to clients across a myriad of industries including IT, construction, finance, telecommunications, recruitment, professional services, mining, petroleum, utilities, security, transport, health, law, retail, media, insurance, reinsurance and aged care.
