Brighter Pathways Therapy is a psychology focused therapy service for children (2 to 12 years), adolescents (13 to 17 years), young adults (18 to 25) and parents. We offer a range of assessment and therapy services face-to-face and through Telehealth.
Brighter Pathways Therapy was founded by Dr. Tracy Rhodes, Clinical Director and Clinical Psychologist, in 2010. She has 8 years post-graduate university training (D.Clin.Psy., PhD; Uni of Sydney) and extensive experience working with young people, families and parents in the areas of neurodivergence and mental health.
All assessments and therapeutic interventions adopt a non-medication and evidence based approach that draw on the most advanced and innovative strategies in the field. Dr Rhodes works closely with funding pathways, such as NDIS and Medicare (Focused Clinical
Psychology).
In late 2022, Dr Rhodes established The Parenting Space. An innovative online therapy service specifically for parents. This service focuses on parenting intensives, psychoeducation and parent strategies, workshops and group parenting programs. Areas include neurodivergence, gender diversity, challenging behaviours, anxiety and trauma.
Brighter Pathways Therapy and The Parenting Space also provides Autism and ADHD diagnostic assessments, as well as ongoing individual therapy for neurodivergent parents and adults.
