Clients love the induction process where they relax and their conscious mind rests while their subconscious mind is very alert and retains the information collected through the session. Counselling involves the conscious mind and when combined with hypnotherapy, the client receives guidance which both areas of the brain can process. Therefore increasing the likelyhood of achieving the goals and also maintaining them.
The initial session runs for 1.5 - 2 hours and subsequent sessions run for 1 - 1.5 hours.
