Throughout my experience as a Clinical Hypnotherapist I've seen that there is always a more existential issue at the core of our expression of habits, beliefs and behaviours and the beauty of Hypnotherapy is that it allows us to access your subconscious mind were these habits, beliefs and behaviours are unconsciously operating and comfortably create conscious change whilst you are fully in control from a place of quiet observation with lasting life-long results.
I offer a highly personalised approach to each person and each session, all of us are snowflakes, no two the same and this fact requires a respectful consideration for meeting your individual requirements. I received my Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy in 2010 after completing my studies at The David Kennedy School of Hypnosis, I have gone on to continue further qualifications through the AHA and have various certifications in more specialised uses of Hypnosis, NLP and Past Life Regression.
Hypnotherapy allows you to consider new perspectives and discover inner strength and resources to help you achieve your goals, overcome fears and make positive changes in you habits, beliefs and behaviours.
