Overview
Yuedda Sio is a clinical psychologist with a practice based in East Melbourne, close to the Melbourne CBD.
Yuedda works with individuals over the age of 16, including adolescents, young adults and adults. She is registered with Medicare to provide evidence-based treatment for a broad range of concerns, including:
-Managing difficult emotions, such as feeling down or depressed, sadness, mood swings, anger, guilt, shame, feelings of emptiness or insecurity

Yuedda primarily utilises the following evidence-based treatment approaches: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Her work also incorporates and is influenced by Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) and Motivational Interviewing. In working with her clients, Yuedda takes a collaborative, holistic and client-centered approach. Yuedda also speaks fluent English and Cantonese, and understands Mandarin Chinese.
