Your child/children's wellbeing is so important when one parent is no longer living in the home for one reason or another, but it is just as important to look after yourself. The support group gives you the opportunity to vent with other parents in the same position. It's much easier talking to parents who are going through the same thing and parents who have been through it and managed to come out the other side smiling. Other parental advice and knowledge is so important.
