What are the energy certificate programs?
The Victorian Energy Efficiency Target (VEET) and NSW Energy Savings Scheme (ESS) are initiatives from the Victorian and New South Wales governments designed to encourage energy efficient upgrades, whilst contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gases.
The initiative is essentially funded by charging a fee on the energy consumption of energy retailers and real locating it to those who undertake energy efficient projects. One of the activities within these programs is �Commercial Lighting Upgrades�.
