Joining Rovers gives you the opportunity to grow and develop as a person. You'll gain confidence, decisiveness and develop the skills of leadership. You'll be part of a group of young adults working together, known as a "Crew". You'll plan and manage your Crew's activities and develop your own abilities while you're having a great time.
Anyone can become a Rover - there's no need to have had any previous involvement with Scouting, or other prior experience.
The many Rover Crews across Sydney`s North Shore, Northern Districts and Northern Beaches are ready to welcome you. And they are among some 75 Crews in NSW and many hundreds throughout Australia.
