Also meeting the family needs through the highest levels of care and compassion and providing a funeral service that is affordable. We come to families in their homes to ensure they feel comfortable in their own environment instead of our office. We want families to know we are available to reduce the stress of having to go somewhere else. When arranging a service with Territory Funerals, families will appreciate that we give them all the time they need to create a unique and heartfelt service. We believe in giving our families time, because we know that there is nothing more important than making decisions families need to make regarding a funeral service. Our role as a funeral director is to make all the relevant arrangements prior to conducting the funeral. The funeral director works with the minister or celebrant to ensure that any of the family's special requests (e.g. regarding music, flowers and photos) have been met by the time of the funeral service.
