We have highly experienced trainers in CrossFit, Muay Thai, MMA, BJJ, Boxing and personal training. It doesn’t matter if goal is to become a world champion or a healthier person CrossFit ACFC is the one to get you there.
Setting the pace in nutrition we are partners of the Whole9 and run regular Whole30 sessions.
Our 30-day program is a combination of three core elements:
Instruction of and participation in exercises that covers all 10 domains of your fitness from cardio, strength,stamina, flexibility, speed, power, coordination, accuracy, agility, balance.
Nutritional guidance and meal planning.
Top-level coaching and accountability from proven experts with unmatched records of success with people here in Port Macquarie.
