At our indoor and outdoor venues, we run lots of different circuits, challenging all muscles of the body in a functional manner, thereby better preparing you for day to day life! This is NOT a boot camp however, so all fitness levels are encouraged.

Now 11 weekly classes to choose from, at times that will suit everyone - 6am, 9am, 6 and 7pm.....PLUS new stretching class every 2 weeks Friday 5.30pm.

You will be pushed, but to a safe level, finishing each class with a huge feeling of achievement and personal endeavour. Small class numbers means everyone gets some attention, with plenty of technique correction, individual motivation and so your Instructor can remember all your names!
