Function Force specialises in Functional Training. Established in 2011, Function Force continues to use its extensive fitness industry experience in helping people not only get fit but also maintain their fitness. Function Force operates on the basis of small classes with instructors focused on clients training, teach, coaching, and ensuring exercises are performed according to the correct biomechanical function of the body.
Our classes include Boxing, Circuit Classes focussing on strength, cardio, and endurance.
We also focus on agility, flexibility, through all our classes, especially Kettlebells.
Function Force also runs specific boot camps for different fitness levels, a beginner Bootcamp for those who are returning to fitness and an intermediate to advanced boot camp for those who have a more of an advanced fitness level.
Beginning January 2017, Function Force will be launching, Function Force Run Club, in response to industry demand for a run program catered to the needs of beginner running enthusiast who have little or no experience running.
The program will coach prospective runners on how to run properly, as well as offer strength and conditioning, and stretching programs that are running specific.
Function Force's Mum's and Bubs Bootcamp is a strengthening and conditioning program that caters to Mums who are trying to get back into fitness.
We also specialise in personal training and coaching.
