We have a 300 sqm fitness coaching facility equipped with latest and coolest Rogue equipment for you to play with. We have 2 custom rogue rigs, rogue bumpers, rogue barbells, push sleds, sledge hammers, kettlebells, olympic rings, slam balls, tractor tires and even some olympic lifting platforms. Our box is also equipped with mens and womens locker rooms, a shower and a designated mobility room upstairs with a cool view of the main box. We also have a funky reception area with coffee machine and all the latest fitness magazines for you to read and relax with. We offer group and private coaching utilising the warehouse methodology.
