Karen offers one-to-one and group therapy, education and training to help people learn their strengths and how to use these to live full and peaceful lives. Services offered are: expressive writing workshops where participants learn to use writing as a way of dealing with everyday and other stressors in a positive and meaningful way; creative writing; counselling/ psychotherapy for stress, anxiety and depression, and for relationship issues; mindfulness and meditation for individuals, groups and retreats and; motivational speaking.
