Come in and see us making gelati LIVE through our unique purpose-built viewing window with our beautiful antique Italian 'EFFE' machine, with gelati ice-cream extracted by hand and paddle as it once was some 50-years ago in Italy. There are no secrets at Gelato Classico, here in Noosa: just fresh, creamy gelato and zinging fruit-filled sorbets produced in small batches.
We also serve smooth organic coffee, Italian lunch savouries and healthy gluten-free salads, and our frozen yoghurt has already gained a following with its enriched probiotics, served alongside fresh seasonal fruit salads. Yes, we make freshly squeezed juices, highlighting our wonderful local fruit and veg, along with smoothies and milkshakes. We love to support Queensland and local farmers, so we use Queensland dairy products, and we keep it so local that the passionfruit, lime, lemons, oranges, nuts, and mandarins you will find in our products come right from the Noosa Hinterland.
All our gelati and yoghurt products are gluten free, are low in sugar, we use plant-based stabilisers, and all sorbets are dairy free & gluten free.
