- Determine plans and ideas.
- Make choices and options in respect of a proposed renovation to your residential, commercial or retail property.
The Design Service falls into three main categories as follow:
Firstly, Stage 1 ? An on-site Consultation - Fee: $275
What do we provide for this service?
- We assess the property requiring attention, whether it be:
o The entire house or business premises
o A kitchen, bathroom or other rooms within the property
o A colour scheme, lighting or sourcing various items, e.g. furniture, drapes, blinds & pictures etc.
- The service provides on-the-spot professional help and advice.
- Written feed-back can be provided, in the form of recommendations from observations, and this enables you to start the project yourself or you may prefer Interior Designs SA to do this for you.
Secondly, Stage 2 ? You require a Design Concept or a Mood Board of ideas.
What does this include?
- Quotes from reputable trades people (if needed)
- A Mood board of ideas, items & prices? for you to make choices.
- An estimated budget allocation for the entire project.
- In fact all that is required to complete the project.
The fee for providing this service can be determined from our observations.
Finally, Stage 3 ? Project Management.
At this stage you may decide to undertake the project yourself, or Interior Designs SA can project management the entire concept for you, and you can sit back and enjoy the experience.
