Where are we based?
Our office is in East Toowoomba, we dont have a showroom open to the general public. What we do offer is to come to a place convenient to you if your local Toowoomba at a time convenient to you to show you our amazing range. This can be either in your own home, or at a cafe if you prefer. We decided not to have the expence of maintaining a showroom and having to add that cost into the jewellery to stay in business. By doing this we make sure our prices are lower than ANY retail outlet.
Do we offer mail order?
Yes, we do mail order. No matter where you are, if Australia Post delivers there, so do we.
If im unhappy, can I return the piece? Yes, you most certainly can. If there is a warranty issue (we have never had one to date) we will repair, replace or refund depending on your choice. If you recieve the goods via mail and are anything less than 100% satisfied, just send it back. We will refund you in full including postage both ways, thats how sure we are you will be happy. You have nothing to lose.
