Visa Law is a leading Australia-wide immigration law practice. Each Visa Law practitioner is a lawyer, MARA-registered migration agent, and NAATI-accredited translator.
We specialise in all kinds of visas, including general skilled migration, 457 visas, employer nominated visas, partner visas, student and graduate visas, and protection visas.
If your visa has been refused or cancelled, we can also assist with review at the Migration Review Tribunal (MRT) or Refugee Review Tribunal (RRT), and with judicial review of tribunal decisions.
As NAATI-accredited translators, we also provide an integrated translation service for immigration clients who have documentation in French, Italian and Spanish. This "one-stop-shop" approach enables us to reduce time and expense for our clients. The first five basic documents (identity documents, such as birth and marriage certificates) in these languages are included in our immigration assistance fees.
The cost of our first consultation is $220 if your matter is straightforward and can be dealt with in less than 40 minutes. A longer consultation (one hour or slightly longer, as required) is $330. If you ask us to act for you after the first consultation, this amount will be deducted from our normal fees.
