This is the greatest combat class ever created. Participants enjoy the fun and challenge of martial arts training without the stress of sparring or the monotony of conventional fitness classes. It employs real fight combinations with the standard Destination Fitness non-stop intensity. No one class is ever the same with endless elbow, knee, kick and punch combinations that will leave you exhausted and exhilarated at the same time.
Cardio Blast
(Beginner - Advanced)
This high intensity class is a like no other. It uses cardio-based exercises mixed with simple and easy to follow kickboxing techniques in no fuss combinations. Your heart rate will be high and muscles will burn right from the get go. Whether you are just starting out, or a seasoned fitness veteran, expect a challenging and fun experience that will have you coming back for more.
Power Yoga
(Beginner - Advanced)
Destination Fitness has taken yoga and added its rip, tear and bust attitude. This class has been specifically tailored to develop flexibility, balance and core strength, all key aspects of any combat sport and don't worry there is no meditation, chanting or group hugs, just a lot of sweat and some serious exercises.
Fighter Development Program
(Advanced)
Our fighter development program represents the pinnacle of the combat sport paradigm. Participants in this program are self motivated and committed to achieving excellence in the competitive arena. This is a selective program that not only has challenging training demands but also requires athletes to adhere to a strict code of conduct. Coaches and trainers form a number of disciplines work with fighters to develop individual goals, diets, strength and conditioning programs along with technical support. This program is divided into two streams, Muay Thai and MMA.
